Rossett Food Cupboard is a local, volunteer-run initiative dedicated to reducing food waste and tackling food poverty in Rossett and the surrounding area. We provide free emergency food parcels to anyone who needs them, no referral required, while rescuing surplus food that would otherwise go to landfill. Whether you’d like to visit for support, donate food or funds, or volunteer your time, you’re welcome here.
Since launching in January 2023, Rossett Food Cupboard has grown into a trusted local lifeline, supported by a community of over 5,000 followers on Facebook. We receive no government or council funding – everything we do is made possible by volunteers and the generosity of local people, businesses and donors.

We are entirely unfunded and rely completely on donations of food, time and money to keep our shelves stocked. You can help by dropping off surplus or in-date food and toiletries during opening hours, volunteering a few hours a week, or making a donation towards running costs via our GoFundMe page. Every contribution, big or small, helps us support more families in Rossett.
Find us at the garages off Waverley Crescent, Rossett, Wrexham, LL12 0EG. We’re easy to reach by car or on foot, with space to park briefly while you collect your parcel.
